The house has stunning features such as pitch pine panelling with elaborate carvings throughout the hall, minstrel’s gallery and barrel roof, enhanced by original stained glass windows depicting the family coat of arms, which set the scene for the many delights to be found within. Stanhill Court was renovated and opened as a hotel 14 years ago and now comprises of 34 en-suite bedrooms (many of which are 4-poster), 10 conference rooms, the award winning ‘1881’ Restaurant, open-air amphitheatre and secluded Victorian walled garden.
